LET’S LOVE
LOVE YOUR BODY, MIND, AND SOUL.
LOVE THE WORLD.
Love and health go together, they are the same! Your body's health is a direct reflection of how much you are loving yourself. Simple, right? Sure! But there are so many sneaky layers and corners of where you're not really loving yourself. It may seem that on the surface we can love ourselves. Treating ourselves to nice things, loving the body through self care, etc. But it's a lot more than these surface-level actions. It can be quite a complex journey of discovering habitual unloving patterns, becoming aware of these unloved areas and then implementing new beliefs and new patterns into our lives. So yes, simple. But also requires effort-find and see the stains, wash, rinse and repeat. How deep does this love go? Loving your emotions, your past, your belief systems that may be up for revision, loving your peers with challenging perspectives, loving your family, loving your inner demons, your dark sides, your flaws, loving this gift of life including all the difficult times it brings. Loving existence in its total perfection. Loving that everything is happening for a reason, all as miracles of mystery, all as gifts to help you see and know yourself more fully, more truly, more deeply. Loving that you have total choice of what thoughts you will engage with, what enrollments and people you will surround yourself with, what beliefs you will give energy to, what reactions you will have to life's curveballs, what life you will create for yourself. If we choose to love ourselves daily, the body will rewire to this new love program, it will reshape itself to look and feel like the inner choices you make. You are love and you are total and perfect beauty at your core. The closer you come to living from this core, the more your physical body and reality reflects this beauty and perfect health that you already are. So..how much do you want to love yourself today? Love yourself into Perfect Health!

Yea, but what is love?! It seems pretty critical here, but I'm not sure I even know what it really is.

I get it now! Loving is accepting. It was right there in front of me and I didn't even see it until I was willing to open up myself to love :))) (not sarcastic. thanks!)

Awwww I LOVE that! (No pun intended) I'm so glad you figured out what love means to you! I don't think I could ever define love as meaning one thing, because I feel ultimately love includes even the dark aspects of life. Though there is an inherent acceptance in that ultimate love of the dark as well, because it all exists in the world, so it is always being accepted by life. So acceptance is a great word to use for love! But when I speak of love here, for me love is the inexplicable experience that we all know very well but can't describe. When we love our family, our friends, our partners, when we love ourselves for accomplishing something we're proud of. When we feel that warm, yummy sensation inside ourselves that just feels good, that tells us we're moving in the right direction. When we're mysteriously drawn to a certain person or place or thing because we just know we have to but we don't know why, but we like it. It's what inspires us, gives us the juice of life and energy to do good things for others and for ourselves. We all know it very well, and we know when we're not acting out of love, because it just doesn't feel good. Certainly acceptance is a big part of it, and yet I don't think any one word could capture its mysterious essence. Thanks for the great question and insight!

Wow that's amazing!! I'm so happy to hear what I wrote was helpful for you! The best outcome possible! It's incredible how simple it can be to love and heal ourselves, but sometimes our old habits are quite strong and we forget. So this is what we're here for, to remind each other of this simplicity! :)
