LET’S LOVE
LOVE YOUR BODY, MIND, AND SOUL.
LOVE THE WORLD.
We think we can separate inside and outside. Our external expression from our internal feelings. The dirtiness on the streets from the cleanliness inside the house. Sweep your garbage out onto the streets and your home will look nice. Wear socks AND shoes so you can take off the dirty outside world and remain with clean shoes inside so you don’t need to feel the earth still. Not my kids, not my town, not my country, not my planet..not my problem! I'm here, that's there. As much as we try to put effort in dividing, separating, neatly organizing things in sections so we know where we're safe and where we're not, we can never escape any of the things we want to sweep aside and call 'out there.'

Your vocal range is a reflection of your range of emotional expression, it is a direct representation of your range of life experience. The higher you can go, the more access you’ve given yourself to the higher, lighter, more divine spiritual qualities, the lower is the denser, earthier, animalistic, base human deeper emotions of pain, anger and sorrow, the middle range being the balance, and the weaving in and out of all is the flexibility with which you can flow through life through your highs and lows, ups and downs, from the human-like aspects to godlike qualities, in and out, through and between.
As our human bodies are our personal vehicles of divine expression, so too is the earth the collective divine expression. As our inner metaphysical realities of emotions and thoughts are reflected on the physical plane through our outer body, so too is our collective state of society's beliefs and values reflected in the physical manifestation of earth. The way we treat our bodies is how we treat the earth. It's the way we care for our home. The earth is our home as a collective, our bodies are our individual homes. Our bodies and earth are really one, each a perfect reflection of the other.
Why do we all crave deep fried food for comfort? Or something sweet? Or bready? It occurred to me it’s the same reason why anything became anything! In the very beginning, when we first started developing our relationship with food, our minds associated each food with whatever emotional state we had at the time. Because it was undoubtedly a very strong mood and energy boost in the very early days when we had never even tasted food before, the first bites would have been INCREDIBLY pleasurable and produced major serotonin release, total ecstasy. And as it was the first few interactions with food, I'd imagine these humans were in a dire state of hunger and fear that they may not find something to keep them alive, so the immense contrast coming from a very dangerous, fearful emotional state going to total bliss and sweet joy, would then leave quite an imprint on the brain. This food = my salvation. This food = total happiness. And we wonder why our attachment to food is so strong.
Unless you're really learning something technical, some specific skillset, getting a degree is just a piece of paper that validates your natural intuition. It is just something that confirms to the world, and yourself, that you are 'good enough' to share your gifts with the world. You don’t learn anything you didn’t already know, if anything it can clog your mind with extraneous information that takes away from your own intuitive knowing.
So, in the U.S., you're paying around $40K/year for 4 years to get some confidence to just be you. And something that justifies to the rest of the world that you can be trusted to do what you were good at anyway. |
