a case of the scaries-pre halloween demons, death and rebirth, & inner workings of the mind

I have a lot of fear arising when I go inside my home. Something that seems to release when I'm outdoors. Like the connection to the world makes it okay. I'm not alone amongst nature, or the unprotected, boundless world outside my enclosed dwelling I call 'home.' How can home feel so separate, so empty, so terrifyingly isolating. Like a prisoner contained in this cage where I admitted myself and hold the keys to come in and out as I please. Somehow I'm still stuck. Somehow I'm still trapped in my own space.

​I keep wondering if there's something going on with this particular home, maybe there's a trapped negative energy here that's weighing me down.  I've done  a few energy clearings with incense and prayers but that didn't make a difference.
