LET’S LOVE
LOVE YOUR BODY, MIND, AND SOUL.
LOVE THE WORLD.
There's a level of observation that educates, informs, teaches and inspires. And then there's a point where it just becomes an overindulgence in passive consumption. It becomes an excuse to be spared of others' observations and judgments. An excuse to not participate fully in life. Cause when you hold back, no one can knock you down. When I spend too much time reading other peoples' posts or watching other videos or really observing anything that somebody else is doing, saying or creating, it can make me feel disempowered. It makes me feel like I'm not a participant in life if I'm always sitting back observing and judging! It's so easy to sit back and scroll through other peoples' life happenings and creations. So easy to smirk to ourselves with our own self-proclaimed smarter, wiser criticisms. While we sit back and conveniently produce nothing ourselves. It's like the horrible karaoke bar singer that makes you cringe. You sit there judging, but they're the brave one who got off their butts and went for it! They're the ones really living life, even if they fail, or seemingly fail. In fact they haven't failed at all! Just because it may not make the top 40 charts, they've exercised an invaluable muscle in their brain that allows them to jump out of their comfort zone, and be bold and daring. And this will serve them in life in all areas, ultimately leading to success in whatever field they choose. It's always the active participant that gets to succeed, never the passive observer. Now being an observer is also a fantastic skill. It's great to know how to be silent and just notice. It's even helpful to have judgments. Judgments that are helpful, that lead to positive growth and progress. Not judgments that are just self-serving ego-boosting tactics. It's good to observe in small bits when it's needed, but not as a way of life. You really cannot do it for too long without it becoming unhealthy. There's no juice there! It drains your life force energy and then you get stuck in that role of being the judger of life instead of the creator and participator. Then because you spend so much time judging others, you already assume people will do the same about you, and then you get frozen in fear and can't begin making yourself vulnerable to share your life expression. You imagine everyone will be out there doing the same thing you're doing, judging away! If you're sending out positive, participative and compassionate energy towards others, you'll imagine that others are doing the same for you--and then they actually will be! You'll feel it's actually a safe and welcoming world where your ideas and creations are welcome. So let's be wary of how much time we spend scrolling, patrolling, and judging, and instead put more of our time into CREATING and CONTRIBUTING, while encouraging others to do the same.
